Getting the kids rugby ready and setting them up for success. 

We start with non contact tri-tag, an introduction to the skills of rugby without the contact. Skill based training gaining coordination and making lasting friendships.

Games for our U6 and U7 are on Saturday mornings at Nagle Park our home ground

U4 an U5 are training only.

Our kids are playing on 1/2 a field size and are given a safe introduction to contact. We ensure that all of our kids are trained and are competent on the field

Playing on Friday nights under lights on full sized fields. We have paid coaches that come from Randwick Warriors and Randwick Galloping Greens to assist our parents in training our kids in the fundamentals of the game.

Our U10-U12 teams have been playing in the SJRU Spring Rugby 7s since 2023. Rugby 7s is a fast pace rugby type game that is played on half a field with two halves of 7minutes each. Our Missiles Rugby 7s players enjoy this competition that allows them to extend the Rugby season, learn new skills and meet teams from other districts. The competition is in October and November each year.
